- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 Tbsp. Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing
- 3 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 oz. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup drained sauerkraut
- 1 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- Evenly spread bread with Dressing, then top with remaining ingredients except Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Evenly spread Mayonnaise on outside of sandwich.
- Cook sandwich in 8-inch nonstick skillet, turning once and pressing down, 7 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
